A fire crew from Grantham, accompanied by police, were fighting a fire in an ATM machine at a garage on Honington Road, Barkston at about 4am on Sunday morning.

Having prised open the machine, they used dry powder extinguishers to put the fire out, which is believed to have started from an electrical fault inside it, according to the fire service.
