Vintage59 will be opening its doors on Thursday, September 1, at Unit 6, Navigation Yard, Sleaford, for 12 weeks. Run by Wendy Nuccoll, she currently trades from home in Heckington online. The Pop Up shop initiative was the ideal way to see if moving into high street trading would work for the firm. The Vintage59 store in Navigation Yard will offer retro homewares specialising in vintage, shabby chic and make-do-and-mend.

The initiative received the green light after Partnership NK received a number of expressions of interest from interested parties. Herman Kok, chairman of Partnership NK said: “We are very excited Vintage59 are taking advantage of the first 12 weeks in the shop. It is a great location, and a great opportunity for any business wanting to test the waters. We wish them the best of luck in getting this off the ground.”
