First dad, now mum to give daughter kidney
Deborah, 26, of Sleaford, has already been through a harrowing ordeal after suffering from kidney failure in 2003.
On that occassion her dad Alan donated one of his kidneys to save her life.

Hide AdShe has now found out that this kidney is failing too and her mum Audrey has agreed to donate one of hers.
The family are now playing a waiting game until Deborah’s blood levels are correct for the transplant to take place.
Deborah said: “Things are very tough at the minute as I am on more medication and injections and feel drained most of the time.
“ I am scared of what’s ahead, but have amazing friends and family who help me stay strong.”

Hide AdDespite all this going on, Deborah is now also appealing for more people to sign up to join the National Organ Donation Register and help save more lives like hers.
She said: “I think more people should think of registering because it can change people’s lives like mine.”
