Flowers delayed by cold weather
Cold weather is delaying the appearance and growth of flowers in the county’s parks.
Notts County Council ranger’s say the development of flora and fauna is goverened by soil temperature and because of the constant cold this winter, they are still awaiting plants to start to bud. Some snowdrops are out, but blubells and daffodils will be delayed.
