Free '˜bikeability' session at London Road Pavilion in Louth

Bikeability is offering free courses across Lincolnshire this summer, giving 11 to 16-year-olds the opportunity to learn vital skills helping '¨them to keep safe while cycling on the road.

The three-hour course will be coming to the London Road Pavilion in Louth on Wednesday August 24, with two group sessions on offer (9am to noon, and 
1pm to 4pm),

Bikeability Level Three equips youngsters with the skills to deal with challenging traffic situations, including dealing with hazards, assessing risks while on the move, planning safer routes for cycling, and being aware of driver blind spots.

Teens wishing to take part should have completed Bikeability Level Two training, and theywill need a roadworthy bicycle, a 
suitable cycle helmet, and a parent or guardian to accompany them to the beginning and end of the session.
