This Bank Holiday weekend visitors to the family-run Steetley farm shop can sample some of the finest British produce including new suppliers Carisbrook Apiary Honey as well as locally-grown quality wines from Renishaw Hall.

The first craft fair to be held at Arrow Farm will take place on Saturday 1st September and will include an array of stalls from craftpeople, designers and artists from the local and regional area, selling handmade children’s clothes and toys, jewellery, organic products and lots more.

Why not sample some delicious drinks from Friary Liqueurs and Renishaw Wines or pick up some special gifts for your loved ones from Big Green Tree, Barefoot Books, At Wicks End Gifts Galore and Aristillus jewellery? The fair will run from 10am – 4pm and entry is free.

A range of exciting events will also take place at the Café-Diner over the coming months including a Bistro night on 22nd September with music from the Sundown Duo, playing a cocktail of well-known tunes in a relaxed style! Every second Friday of the month the Café-Diner opens until 9pm, serving a range of delicious meals from the All Day and Specials Menu.

Savour delicious home-cooked meals, freshly prepared using only the finest British produce in the friendly Café-Diner which boasts panoramic views of the beautiful Nottinghamshire countryside. Wherever possible the ingredients used to prepare the meals in the Café-Diner can be found on the shop shelves. The new season of Arrow Farm Marfona potatoes are currently being harvested on the farm and are available to buy or enjoy in the Café-Diner.

The Blagg family originally opened the Arrow Farm Shop in 1991, selling homegrown Marfona potatoes at their farm gate. Since then they have built up a thriving business with a recent refurbishment providing the opportunity to expand its selection of fine quality food and drink as well as helping to promote local producers, whilst retaining the simple, honest values it had when it started.
