Free information workshops for landlords

Landlords are being urged to book their place on a free information workshop.

A few spaces remain for a free landlord and property manager information workshop to be held in the Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, on Wednesday,12.30-3.30pm.

Registration on the day will begin from 12.15pm.

Workshop content will cover:

* What happened on October 1, 2015?

* Right to Rent regulations

* Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Regulations

* What is HHSRS?

* Statutory notices

* Private sector housing minimum energy standards

There will also be an opportunity to take part in an open discussion at the end of the workshop to raise any questions or concerns.

Places will be allocated to landlords and property managers on a first come, first served basis, a maximum of two representatives from each organisation. To register email [email protected] giving the name of the person who will be attending, or call 01205 314329.
