Free women's health talk in Retford

The Pilates Clinic in Retford is hosting the sixth free women's health talk on March 22.

The talk is titled The Rise and Fall of the Pelvic Floor and will be presented by Jenny Blizard and Kate Stowers, both chartered physiotherapists.
