Fun at church for youngsters

A family service in St Mary's Church in Wilsford was attended by children from the local Rainbows and Brownies.

Girls from 1st Rainbows and Brownies attended a service at St Mary's Church with Rev Valerie Rampton EMN-160610-140000001

Girls from the 1st Wilsford Rainbows and Brownies took part in the service, which was themed around rainbows.

The Rev Valerie Rampton blessed the flags of both troops.

Rainbows leader Michelle Knight said: “It was such a friendly and welcoming service.”

Wilsford Rainbows (ages five to seven) and Brownies (ages seven to 10) meet weekly, and are always looking for new members, including a second leader for Brownies.
