Funding boost
Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber of Commerce has welcomed the news that Rotherham is to receive £200,000 as part of the Portas Pilot project.
Executive director Andrew Denniff said it should be ensured that they try to maximise the benefits for local businesses in whatever projects are undetaken as part of the scheme.
