BENEFIT FRAUD

David Barker, 63, of Whites Wood Lane in Gainsborough. Pleaded guilty to three charges of claiming benefits under false pretences between 29th March 2010 and 9th September 2012. Case adjourned for reports.

MOTOR OFFENCES

Joe Reuban Biddle, 23, of Summergangs Lane in Gainsborough. Charged with driving down North Moor Road in Scotter at an excessive speed. Pleaded guilty. Fined £35, and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £50 in court costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

David Dziwota, 22, of Clinton Terrace in Gainsborough. Pleaded guilty to driving a Citroen Saxo on on 20th March down Trent Street and again on 21st March down Bridge Road without a licence or insurance. Pleaded guilty to all charges. Dziwota was banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months and was given a 120 hour unpaid work requirement. He was also forced to pay a victim surcharge of £60, fined £160 and ordered to pay £85 in costs.

TV LICENCE CRIME

Emma Louise Bradbury, 39, of Church Street in Gainsborough. Accused of using a television without a licence between 21st October and 22nd November 2012. Case adjourned until 20th May for summons to be served.

Sarah Louise Chapman, 28, of Melrose Road in Gainsborough. Accused of using a television without a licence between 19th August and 20th September 2012. Case adjourned until 20th May for summons to be served.

Vicky Danielle Dawson, 24, of Drake Street in Gainsborough. Accused of using a television without a licence in November 2012. Case adjourned until 20th May for summons to be served.

Gwendoline Newbury, 26, of Francis Chichester Walk in Gainsborough. Accused of using a television without a licence in November 2012. Fined £80, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge..
