Once a year co-ops up come together to show why they are local, loved and trusted. This year the Big Co-op Clean will see thousands of staff and members from co-operative businesses up and down the country lend a hand by volunteering.

They could be cleaning up the local park, helping an elderly neighbour or collecting old clothes for charity.

Clean ups will be taking place at Laughton Woods, Gainsborugh on Thursday 2nd July from 10.30am to and plan to finish at 12.30pm with lunch provided.

Community Engagement Manager Sam Turner said: “We’re really looking forward to getting stuck into some volunteering projects in our communities and it’s even better doing it as part of a country-wide event.”
