Gainsborough: Donate your unwanted clothes to Barnardo’s

Barnardo’s in Gainsborough shop is asking for women to donate their unwanted clothes.

Recent Barnardo’s research found on average women only wear items a handful of times before considering them ‘old’.

Shop manager Den Williams said: “We were surprised to hear that the average woman’s wardrobe has at least 10 items that will never be worn again.”

“That is why we are encouraging women to donate those unworn clothes in our Corringham Road store.”

“Our Gainsborough Barnardo’s team are always friendly and we have amazing deals. There’s always something for everyone.”

“And most importantly, the profits from the Gainsborough store will fund Barnardo’s work with vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people in Lincolnshire and across the UK.”
