Gainsborough: Drink driver is given two year ban
Carl Smith, 30, of Marshalls Yard, Gainsborough, has been banned from driving for two years after he was found driving under the influence of alcohol.
Tests revealed 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the precribed limit.
He was also fined £400, £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
