Gainsborough: Driver is fined for not wearing his seat belt

A Gainsborough man has been fined for driving a car without wearing a seat belt.

Philip Stares, 43, of Ropery Road, Gainsborough, was fined £200, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was driving a Ford KA along Millar Road, Gainsborough on 20th May 2014 whilst not wearing an adult seat belt.
