Gainsborough: Giant poppies erected at housing development to raise funds for Poppy Appeal
Barratt Homes has erected 3ft poppies and sold poppies at it housing development The Belt in Gainsborough to help raise raise vital funds for the Royal British Legion in this year’s Poppy Appeal.
Sam Wood, Sales Director of Barratt Homes Yorkshire West, said: “We at Barratt Homes have always been very passionate about the Royal British Legion and supporting our serving Armed Forces as well as veterans and their families.”
“We hope local people come along to see the giant poppies throughout November and donate to such a fantastic cause.”
