Brendan Patrick Moore, of Ropery Road, Gainsborough. Failed to notify the DVLA of a change in vehicle ownership on 20th January. Case proved in absence. Fined £200, costs £90, victim surcharge £20.

Andrew Richardson, of Princess Walk, Gainsborough. Failed to notify the DVLA of a change in vehicle ownership on 10th July last year. Case proved in absence. Fined £200, costs £90, victim surcharge £15.

ASSAULT

Hollie Le Neve, 23, of Richmond Road, Gainsborough. Assaulted Clare Slack by beating her, two charges of assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty, and wilfully obstructing a PC in the execution of his duty on 18th July. Community order with supervision for 12 months, attend alcohol awareness and victim reparation programmes for 10 days each, £100 compensation.

OTHER

Mark Andrew Coughlan, 47, of Sandsfield Lane, Gainsborough. Failed to comply with a requirements of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend a domestic abuse programme on two occasions. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for two years, participate in Building Better Relationships for 27 days. Original requirements to continue.

Mathew Luke Stanley Percival, 24, of Lock Row, Torksey. Committing drunk and disorderly behaviour in a public place, damaging a front door to a value unknown and commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Conditional discharge for six months, fined £20, victim surcharge £15, costs £20 and compensation £40.
