Gainsborough: Promoting good quality in construction
An event aimed at raising awareness of the importance of building control has been deemed a success.
West Lindsey District Council’s building control department teamed up with Jacksons Building Centre for a customer day to promote good quality products and practices within construction.
Trevor Durant, senior building control surveyor at the council said: “It was an ideal opportunity to meet builders and homeowners, who we may not ordinarily see to explain the importance of building control and the services we offer.”
