Gainsborough: Reserve a home at new development and you could save up to £10,000

Until the end of the month a limited number of plots at The Swale are available with the Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire builder’s ‘Red Door’ discount.

Beal Homes is building 28 new homes at The Swale where construction got underway this summer.

These one, two and three bedroom properties each has its own garage or allocated off street parking.

Now visitors to the marketing suite, which is located along the row of shops off Corringham Road, can see progress on site with the first homes on schedule to be occupied in late January.

With the January Red Door discount, prices at The Swale start at just £79,995 for the one bedroom Soho, the two bedroom Tribeca comes with a £6,000 discount at £116,995, the two bedroom Appleby with its own garage is also reduced by £6,000 to £117,995 and the three bedroom Chelsea has a Red Door discount of £7,000 and is down to £122,995.

All the Red Door homes come with a View Home Package in the price including super extras - floor coverings, light fittings and blinds.

The Red Door discounts are subject to reservation by 31st January, with 28 day exchange of contracts and legal completion subject to build.

Buyers with a home to sell should ask about part exchange which is available on some plots.
