The annual meeting will take place at the British Legion Hall in Northgate, Louth, from 7pm (doors open at 6.30pm).

A report on the Town Council’s achievements over the last 12 months will be provided, following a discussion of the objectives and projects for the year ahead. A representative from the Environment Agency will then give a presentation on the Louth Flood Alleviation Schemes.

After this, it’s over to you - the public - who will be given ample opportunity to speak out on local issues and make proposals if they wish to do so. All members of the public are welcome to attend.

Once the meeting has formally closed, the Mayor of Louth will present her charity fund cheques to her chosen recipients.
