When asked how the Lincolnshire sausage open texture is created, Emma said: “We are 5th generation farmers and butchers and we make our Lincolnshire Sausages with our award winning home reared pork.”

“We use only the finest cuts, the shoulder and the belly to achieve the characteristic open texture of our Lincolnshire Sausage.”

The Uncle Henry’s Lincolnshire sausage is flavoured with a secret combination of black pepper and sage to give it its great taste.

Uncle Henry’s Lincolnshire sausage was judged against the other butchers sausages by members of the public throughout the day and Harry Hill announced Uncle Henry’s as the winner at the end of the live show.
