Group is helping the people of Gainsborough to breathe easy

Following successful meetings at Pillard House, Breathe Easy Gainsborough is proud to announce the opening of an additional group.

From Wednesday 19th June the group will be holding meetings at Newlands Court, in Gainsborough.

The monthly programme will run along similar lines to that of Pillard House but on Wednesdays from 10.30 to 12.30pm.

“Everybody is most welcome to come along and join in and there is no entrance fee,” said group secretary Ruth Harper.

“The main aim of the group is fun, companionship and information.”

June’s meeting will feature a quiz, with bingo at the July meeting a guest speaker in August and beetle drive in September.

There will be a silent auction in October and a quiz in November with a Christmas dinner ti round off the year in December.

The group is also holding a trip to The Deep in Hull on Monday 8th July.

The group is leaving Pillard House in Gainsborough at 10.15am and Paddock Lane in Blyton at 10.30am. The trip returns from Hull at 4pm.

The cost for under 60s is £14, while over 60s pay £13.

Electric wheelchairs and rollators are available free of charge for disabled visitors.
