Harworth pair charged with ill treatment of residents at a care home

Nottinghamshire Police have today charged two care home employees with ill treatment.

Kayleigh Hockham, 26, of Bawtry Road, Harworth and Jane Robinson, 41, of Buckingham Court, Harworth, are alleged to have committed the offences under S44 of the Mental Health Capacity Act 2015 on 20 and 21 May, 2014, against two residents at Rose Farm Care Home in Main Road, Styrrup.

Both were employed as carers at the home at the time of the alleged offences.

Hockham and Robinson are due to appear at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, 30th June.
