Haxey man found guilty after fail to stop accident

Mark Antony Gale, 44, of Church Mews in Haxey appeared before North Lincolnshire Magistrates Court this week for four driving offences.

He was charged with failing to stop after an accident in Haxey on January 1, 2014; not holding a test certificate; not holding a licence; and driving without due care and attention - pleading not guilty to all four.

The court found him guilty and he was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £600 costs.

His licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
