Help kick smoking habit

Smokers in Rotherham wanting to quit now have a wider range of free nicotine products available to help them kick the habit. Quitters can now benefit from access to a wider choice of free nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) products for a longer period of time thanks to the Rotherham NHS Stop Smoking Service. The service is offering, as part of its stop smoking programme, up to six week’s worth of free nrt and the range of products to choose from has increased to include mini lozenges, mouth sprays and inhalators, in addition to the patches and gum currently available. This amounts to up to £90 worth of free products, and the use of NRT, combined with ongoing professional support, has proven to be one of the most effective ways of helping people stop smoking.
