Hesp takes gold in time trial trophy
Gainsborough Aegirs Cycling Club’s annual Jack Doncaster Falling Leaves Trophy 15-mile time trial saw private trialist Andy Lewin go quickest.
Julian Hesp took gold and a trophy.
Results: 1 J. Hesp 37.26, 2 J. Skelly 37.27, 3 M. Hindmarsh 38.29, 4 A. Watson 43.07, 5 D. Sanderson 46.00, 6 I. Barley 46.53, 7 T. Halstead 47.12, 8 H. Coleman 58 59.
Private trials: 1 A. Lewin 36.34 S. Poly, 2 I. Ferraby 42.47, 3 S. Brown 44.33.
Eight mile course: 1 A. Clarke & S. Shaw 25.21 tandem.
On Sunday the club will hold a nine-mile ride and nine-mile time trial to
East Butterwick.
All riders meet at 11am.
