High number satisfied with Skegness care home
Aspen Lodge care home in Skegness has achieved a high score in customer satisfaction.
It scored more than 85 per cent overall performance rating in a national survey conducted by market research organisation Ipsos MORI last year.
In responses to questions about customer satisfaction, 95 per cent of respondents said the staff understood them as an individual and that they were happy with the care they received.
It also achieved a 96 per cent satisfaction rating for being a safe, secure place to live and for staff treating residents with kindness, dignity and respect.
