Hill plans on riding in the Elite600 Championship next year, which runs with the Thundersport GB Championship which is televised on Motors TV.

It’s one of the most competitive series in the country, with some of the best riders in the world.

The youngster said: “We’re so close to the podium, I’m constantly in the top five and have had some of the fastest laptimes overall in the races.”

“I’m just lacking a bit of power from the bike and need to look into a newer machine for the 2014 season, but of course we need support to help us fund it.”

“We’re looking for possible sponsors, and we have a range of packages depending on the help people can give, but everything is appreciated.”

Hill counts a number of local firms among his current backers, including Crossroads Garage, JG Newman Panel Beaters, Rock Oil, 151’s compression tops, Bert Corrigan and AM Leathers.
