Isle ongo staff jumper to the challenge

The snowmen and reindeer were out in force when Isle workers joined others from across North Lincolnshire in a fantastic festive dress-up for charity.

Staff from housing company ongo jumper-ed to it and donned their favourite Christmas woollies to raise money for the charity Save the Children.

They joined millions of other snazzy dressers up and down the UK by popping on their festive pullovers and amassing cash as part of a national Christmas Jumper Day.

Ongo managed to raise £100 through text and cash donations, that boosted the national total which reached well over £600,000.

Erica Sanderson is ongo’s policy and research officer who helped to organise the festive effort at the company.

Erica said: “Save the Children do so much to support children who are in need so we knew we had to help.

“By donating just £2 each we are making a difference to other people’s lives and we got to have fun and spread some festive cheer in the process.”
