Jobs boost as Next expands its Gainsborough store

Next officially launched its expanded range and a new Costa Coffee outlet at the company's Gainsborough store.

The high street business has had a store at Marshall’s Yard since the shopping centre opened in 2007.

The store has now added a second floor measuring 1,600 sq ft allowing for a full range of homewares as well as the coffee shop.

Store manager Charlotte Wakefield said: “I couldn’t be happier with the refit and expanded range upstairs, the store now has a great atmosphere with the additional coffee offer. We know a lot of our customers had to travel out of town for Next’s home ware range and we hope we’ll see more of these customers coming to use our store now we are offering the full range.

“The store really has gone from strength to strength over the years and we love being part of the line up at Marshall’s Yard.”

The second Costa outlet has created further jobs on the centre as well as relieving the pressure on the busy team at the Costa which overlooks the fountain area at Marshall’s Yard. The ground floor of the store has also received a refurbishment with a new look and improved layout.
