Katie takes the plunge...

The sky’s the limit for a Worksop woman who is doing a charity skydive next weekend.

Former model Katie Bower will perform a tandem free fall jump from 10,000 feet in the air, to raise money for the Dogs Trust.

Katie admits free falling at 120mph is a daunting prospect. But having two dogs herself, she knows it is for a good cause.

“It’s something I’ve always been afraid of, but doing it for charity is a good way to eliminate that fear,” said Katie, of Cavendish Road.

“I know it will be a rewarding feeling.”

Katie takes the plunge on Saturday 11th February at Nottingham British Parachute School. You can sponsor her at www.doitforcharity.com/kbower
