Kids spring into action

PUPILS at primary schools across Gainsborough have been busy enjoying a whole range of special activities over the spring term.

Magical music could be heard at Frances Olive Anderson Primary School which held a brass musical instrument workshop last month. Children at Benjamin Adlard Community School were also bold as brass when they took part in a special workshop organised by Lincoln Music Service.

For other pupils at the school, it was back to nature as children learnt how to look after new baby chicks.

It was a similar affair at Frances Olive Anderson for pupils who were busy making insect boxes as they got out and about in the fresh air.

And over at Waddingham Primary School there was a very special visit in store from Toy Story characters as part of their Healthy Eating tea party.
