Laptop and mobile phone stolen in Gainsborough house raid

At about 4.50pm yesterday, offenders broke into a home on Sandsfield Lane and stole a laptop and mobile phone.

Police are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who saw a man aged between 20 and 25 acting suspiciously in the area.

The man is described as between 5ft 3in and 5ft 6in and possibly Asian.

He was wearing a dark coloured hoody with a white baseball cap underneath the hood and joggers.
