Law firm bolsters team with new recruits in Boston and Grantham

A Lincolnshire law firm has strengthened its operation with the appointment of two new members of staff, including one to its site in Boston.

Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management has welcomed to its team Leanne Day, as a paralegal in Boston, and Natasha Halliday, as an associate solicitor in Grantham.

Leanne began her career in human resources before going on to complete a law conversion course and CILEx (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) qualifications.

She was the first student to achieve distinctions across every subject of her business studies course at college, and also achieved distinctions in her CILEx exams.

Leanne will be working alongside Grant Shackleston, a partner at the firm’s Boston office, on employment and dispute resolution matters.

Natasha is a practising employment law solicitor with nearly 20 years’ specialist experience in the area, spending the majority of her career at city firms in London.

In addition, she holds Chartered Member status of the Institute of Personnel and Development – the professional body for human resources and people development.
