League success for tennis team
GAINSBOROUGH 1st tennis team was crowned winner of the Gainsborough Evening Tennis League Division One.
The winning team were captain Howard Graham, Jon Tyson, Jay Fox, Tony Gravel, Sarah Wright, Sarah Usher and Andy Kenny.
Phil Green and Sarah Wright also won the Rotary Cup in the Rotary Tennis Tournament for mixed doubles at the weekend.
Junior coaching is on Sundays at noon at Gainsborough Tennis Club courts behind the Peacock Inn.
