Lincs: Driver is fined for driving without insurance and speeding
A Lincoln man has been fined after he was caught driving without insurance and in excess of the 30mph speed limit on a restricted road in July last year.
Mariusz Jan Ludwinski, 35, of Poplar Street, Lincoln, was fined a total of £430, £33 victim surcharge, £85 costs and his licence waqs endorsed with six points.
