Lincs: Feedback is helping to make a real difference to patient care by NHS Community Services

The Friends and Family Test which became compulsory for all community and mental health trusts from 1stJanuary, but was introduced voluntarily as good practice in some of Lincolnshire’s services as early as April 2012, is proving to be making a difference to patient care.
