Lincs: Last chance to see bats before winter
Visitors to Lincolnshire’s waterways are being asked to keep an eye out for amorous bats, as the mammal’s mating season provides the last chance to spot them before they hunker down for winter.
There are 18 species of bats living in the UK and sightings of bats can be reported using the Great Nature Watch app or visit www.canalrivertrust.org.uk.
