Daniel Lonslow, 27, of Meadow Road, Lincoln. Driving over the 30mph speed limit. Fined £75, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

Nathan Richard Wynn, 33, of Celery Meadows, Retford. Driving over the 30mph speed limit. Fined £36, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

Eric Lai, 29, of St Andrews Street, Lincoln. Drove without due care and attention and without insurance. Fined £400, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Paul Wilkinson, 34, of Lindholme Road, Lincoln. Driving while using a hand held mobile phone. Fined £100, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with three points.

DRUGS

Aron Findley Duff, 30, of No Fixed Abode. Possession of ampethamine. Pay £85 costs, drugs forfeited and destroyed and detained in the courthouse.

THEFT

David John Hayfield, 35, of No Fixed Abode. Stole a quantity of DVDs. Committed to prison for three months, suspended for 12 months and £60 victim surcharge.

Danny Patrick Hedges, 24, of Friars Lane, Lincoln. Stole a bottle of wine. Discharged conditionally for six months and £15 victim surcharge.
