Lawrence Henry, aged 53, of Vanessa Drive, Gainsborough: driving without a valid test certificate. Fined a total of £220 and must also pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jeremy Stanton, 46, of Chapel Court, Glentham: failing to stop at the scene of an accident, failing to leave a name and address and driving without due care and attention. Fined a total of £1,320 and told to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for nine months.

Vasile-Laurentiu Nastase, 34, of Charles Street West, Lincoln: driving without an insurance policy. Fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs and licence endorsed with seven points.

Jawed Behboudi, 40, of Monks Road, Lincoln: driving without due care and attention. Fined £200, plus a £30 victim surcharge, and detained for a period in the courthouse. Disqualified from driving for period of six months.

DAMAGE

Jake Jarvill, 23, of Birrell, Street, Gainsborough: damaged a phone to value of £100. Community order and must pay £85 surcharge and £85 costs.

DRUGS

Benjamin Stenner, 31, of Queen Street, Lincoln: possession of diamorphine. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, must pay a £20 surcharge and £40 costs. Drugs forfeited and destroyed.

ASSAULT

Emma Boothman, 31, of Danes Road, Gainsborough: assaulted a man by beating, and used or threatened unlawful violence toward another and made them fear for their safety. Community order, restraining order and must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

ALCOHOL

Tsampika Psyllaki, 27, of Browning Drive, Lincoln: driving under the influence of alcohol, namely 46 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath, when the limit is 35mcg. Fined £300, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified for one year.
