Lingerie event in Doncaster for women with breast cancer

After breast cancer treatment has finished, many women can be left with unanswered questions.

These questions can include how to find a bra after breast surgery. They may wonder if they can ever wear nice lingerie again. At this time, women often feel isolated, with nowhere to turn.

This is why leading support charity Breast Cancer Care holds Information Sessions, where people can have their questions answered in a relaxed setting. The charity is bringing their highly successful Information Sessions to Doncaster.

The next Post Surgery Bras and Prostheses Information Session will be held on Monday 29 February 2016 from 10.00 am- 12.00pm at Doncaster Royal Infirmary Hospital.

This interactive session will provide all the latest information on post surgery lingerie and tips on what features to look out for when buying a bra and breast prostheses.

The session is a great chance for people to learn about lingerie after breast cancer and meet others who have been through a similar experience. People are also welcome to bring along friends or family and refreshments will be provided.

The event is free of charge, but anyone interested in attending must register in advance by contacting Breast Cancer Care on 0345 077 1893 or email [email protected] to guarantee a place.
