Lizzy, who already runs the popular Clubbercise classes in the town, will be introducing ‘Popercise’ - a fun dance programme for children to a venue in
Louth town centre.

Popercise will involve the young dancers making funky routines up to the latest music, with the aid of LED hula hoops, LED skipping ropes, LED disco balls, and dazzling glow sticks.

Lizzy said: “It’s all about having fun whilst meeting new friends, building children’s confidence up, and
letting them enjoy themselves!”

Three separate classes (ages 5-7, ages 8-10 and ages 11-16)
will run on Saturday mornings.

Lizzy will also offer workshops in schools. She will visit Kidgate Primary on Friday (March 18). Call Lizzy on
