Local business event to be staged by new retailers

Shona Gallgher recently started up Bellissimo Boutique women’s fashion shop in the Market Place and is to hosting the event from 6-10pm on June 2.

She explained: “We are getting other new businesses to come along and have stands here too and it is mainly to get them working together and generate more interest in our little town.”

It is mainly a ladies’ night with Bellissimo Boutique offering one-to-one styling consultations and personal shopping as well as unveiling new stock. But there will also be demonstrations and pamper treatments by Designers salon and The Little Hair Boutique.

Henderson’s Cocoa House will do demonstrations and offering samples, the Market Square Cafe is providing nibbles from their menu, Scooby Cakes is providing cupcakes and Kirkby Photography will take photos. There will also be goodie bags and raffles.
