Steven Bennett has built up the restaurant there for the last five years, but has decided to leave on a high to focus on individual projects.

“Whilst it’s been an incredible venture and the business has had five of its best years, I’m leaving it in the capable hands of Nigel Underwood and his family,” Steve explained.

He added that he now wants to take the time to focus on his own other business, ‘The Lincolnshire Chef.’

Plus he’s got some other exciting new ventures in the pipeline with his partner Charlotte Hay.

One exciting project for Steve that is coming up thick and fast is this year’s Lincolnshire Show.

Steve is set to join up with Lincolnshire’s very own Pin Gin as part of their Lincolnshire Show offering, to showcase their first ever pop up restaurant.

“We’re excited to bringing something a little bit different to this years Lincolnshire Show,” Steve added.

“Myself and the team have been working very closely with the showground for a number of years and it’s great to have such an incredible opportunity to showcase some of the food and produce we’re about.”

This year’s Lincolnshire Show takes place on June 21 and 22.
