Baldock, of Enfield Avenue in New Waltham, did not enter a plea at Boston Magistrates’ Court last Wednesday (March 27) but the hearing was told that he intends to admit fraud by false representation.

Representing Baldock, Mike Alexander said: “It will be a guilty plea, but there’s dispute over the quantity.”

District judge Peter Veits said it was systematic fraud of Baldock’s employers and released him on unconditional bail until his next appearance at Lincoln Crown Court on April 24.
