Louth estate agents are of a golden standard

Estate agents in the area are visited by a mystery shopper and are judged against a tough criteria that looks into the quality of their customer service.

The judges said that the Lovelle team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period.

Agents that go that extra mile are rewarded with the accolade.

Branch manager for Lovelle Estate Agency in Louth, Tracy Clement said: “‘The customer experience is very important to us.

Lovelle Estate Agency have now been shortlisted for a number of national awards, which will be announced later on in the year at a lavish ceremony hosted by the British Property Awards in central London.
