Louth hotelier launches new '˜outside hospitality' company

Vincere Hospitality, a separate company sitting under the umbrella of the Lincolnshire-based Oak Ridge Group which also incorporates the Brackenborough Hotel - was launched just a few weeks ago and has hit the ground running.

Mr Lidgard said: “Although Vincere Hospitality could be viewed as the new kid on the block, it got to the point where I needed to split the outside catering from the hotels as it was becoming too much for them to handle in addition to the day to day business on site.

“It seemed like an ideal opportunity to set it free, so to speak. Forming a new company means we have the manpower and more importantly experience to take on a greater variety of outside events work too.”

Not only is the company offering outside catering, Vincere Hospitality also offers a large variety of services from event staffing and venue procurement, to offering mobile bars and festival catering.

General Manager Richard Matthews said: “However large or small your event, our central location combined with our “can-do” attitude means the diary is getting very full already for 2016 and beyond.

“Because we’re an independent company we can always be flexible to the clients’ needs. From bespoke wedding menus right through to personalised cocktails for a private function, we will always go the extra mile for our clients, both literally and figuratively.”
