Louth man, 21, faces child sex charges
A 21-year-old man from Louth will face a jury trial at Lincoln Crown Court next month on two charges relating to sexual activity with an underage girl.
Joshua Peter Bagley, of Commercial Road, appeared at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on July 5, where he faced two charges.
The first charge alleges that Bagley intentionally caused or incited a 15-year-old girl to engage in sexual intercourse with him, in early February this year.

Hide AdThe second charge alleges that, during the same time frame, he incited the underage girl to send indecent photographs of herself to him.
No pleas were indicated and, due to the nature of the charges, Bagley’s case was sent to Lincoln Crown Court, where he is due to face trial on August 2.
Bagley was granted conditional bail, and he is prohibited from contacting the alleged victim.
