Louth man (24) faces trial over alleged child sex offences
A Louth man is due to face trial at Lincoln Crown Court after being charged with two counts of sexual assault against a girl under the age of 13.
Shaun Coles, 24, of Church Street, appeared at Boston Magistrates’ Court on February 22 to face the two charges - sexual touching and digital penetration - which are alleged to have take place against the girl in Lincolnshire early last year.
Coles did not indicate any pleas in court, as both charges are ‘indictable only’ and therefore must be heard at Crown Court.
He was granted conditional bail until March 22, when he is due to appear at Lincoln Crown Court for the trial.
