Louth man, 26, denies assaulting woman

A Louth man will face trial in March after allegedly assaulting a woman in the town.

Tom O’Keefe, 26, of Broadley Crescent in Louth, has been remanded on conditional bail after pleading not guilty to the alleged assault.

O’Keefe appeared at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on January 12, where he pleaded not guilty to the charge which dates back to December 13 last year.

He was granted conditional bail and is due to appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court again on March 11 for the trial.

The court issued a witness summons for the alleged victim, who will be compelled to attend the court and give evidence.
